In particular, in 2024, the restaurant underwent a complete renovation with a more modern and youthful design, and introduced a refreshed menu that strongly embraces the spirit of global culinary exploration – harmonizing Western techniques with local Vietnamese ingredients. The Michelin Selected 2025 honor, therefore, becomes even more meaningful as it recognizes the restaurant team's year-long transformation.

Chef Nam Nguyen, representing Hemispheres, attended The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony 2025 to receive the prestigious award. He also participated in a one-on-one interview with the MICHELIN team and joined a group media session following the official announcement held in Ho Chi Minh City.
